Meet the mangled man once a normal man but then got kidnapped by scientists and exposed him to a unknown element that made him mutant and made his skin painfully rip off and reavel his flesh and grow much taller making the skin more of a jacket now and became much more dangerous to anyone and now is on the lose somewhere
